WEEK 1 PREVIEW: A Look At The Clubs Ahead Of Saturday's Season Opener

Sep 5, 2025

LA MIRADA, CA (September 5, 2025) – NISA Nation is excited to announce the participating teams for the 2025 Fall Season, beginning this weekend.

The six clubs taking to the pitch this season are:

  • Capo FC (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.) – Inaugural NISA Nation Southwest Region champ elevated to NISA for its first pro season in 2024
  • L.A. Force 2 (Long Beach, Calif.) – Recenlty captured the NISA Nation West championship and has won five region region titles in six seasons
  • Problems FC (Westminster, Calif.) – Former SWPL champions were a nNISA Nation finalist in 2024 and won Raul Briones Cup earlier this year
  • Sin City FC (North Las Vegas, Nev.) – 2025 USASA Region IV champions were NISA Nation Southwest Region champions this Spring
  • STG Premier Pro (St. George, Utah) – Establishing a higher level of amateurism to Southern Utah, finished second to Sin City FC this Spring
  • Temecula FC (Temecula, Calif.) – Long-time NISA Nation member has four Riverside County Cups and was a Raul Briones Cup finalist

"NISA Nation's strong stable of clubs in the Southwest is a sign that relationships and proper communication matter in soccer as much as anywhere," NISA Nation Commissioner Kian Kohan said. “Some of the clubs have pro aspirations, but each of these clubs is committed to operating in a professional way. We expect one of our most competitive seasons yet."

It will be a rivalry renewed in the Southwest Region 2025 Fall Season opener as Temecula FC hosts Problems FC at Chaparral High School in Temecula on Saturday, Sept. 6. The teams last squared off in the 2025 Raul Briones Cup Final, won by Problems FC after a contentious second half.
