If you just want more information - Fill out the expansion form below if you would like to speak to our staff for information on NISA Nation and how to join with your club. One of our staff will contact you within 2 days to set up a call or zoom meeting for introductions and to answer questions.

Step 1 -  NEW TEAMS ONLY Complete TEAM APPLICATION (if you do not know the password contact one of our staff members. We give the password after we have communicated with the potential team owners)

Do not proceed to step 2 until your team has been accepted into NISA Nation

Step 2 -  Complete TEAM REGISTRATION

Do not proceed to step 3 until your team owner/manager has notified you.

PLAYERS & STAFF

Step 3 -  Complete PLAYER / STAFF REGISTRATION Once team has been approved your players and staff may register
