A new season is set to begin for NISA Nation's Coast Region in September, and all new and returning players, teams, and staff must complete the registration process to be eligible to play.

Teams competing have a chance to win the Coast Region title, various cup championships, and qualification into the NISA Independent Cup and the NISA Nation National Championship. Top placing teams also have a chance for promotion to NISA Nation and NISA Pro leagues in the following season.
