LA MIRADA, CA (April 3, 2024) - Afghan Premier FC forward Safiullah Azizi has been selected NISA Nation Player of the Week for March 25-31.

Azizi scored three times in the first half and had an assist as Afghan Premier FC opened the NISA Nation Pacific Region season with a 7-1 victory over Modesto City FC at Ohlone College in Fremont, CA, in Sunday, March 31.

Born in Kabul, Afghanistan, Azizi graduated from College Park High School in Pleasant View, CA. He previously played for the Afghanistan Men's Under-23 National Team as well as Ballistic United SC, Napa Valley 1839 FC and San Ramon FC.
