Los Angeles, CA (January 9, 2023) – NISA Nation announces AS Los Angeles will participate in the Southwest Region for the 2023 Season.
 
Formed in 2018, the club recently won the Southwest Premier League’s 2022 Men’s Under-20 Division. The Southwest Premier League is a NISA Affiliate League.
 
“We take great pride in providing opportunities for our players to become professionals,” AS Los Angeles Owner Harry Tachian said. “We’ve had eight players over the last four years make the leap from our development system, and our elite players are constantly being sought and scouted internationally. NISA is providing a clear path to pro for rising players and that aligns with our club’s mission. We are excited to be joining NISA Nation.”
 
AS Los Angeles previously played in the NPSL (2019-’20) and continues a developmental team in the UPSL. The club also operates a boys youth academy.
